Thinking About Personalized Holiday Cards and Gifts Yet? It Is Time To Check Out Minted

This is the time of year when I start thinking about getting our family portrait taken, and then I start looking for new Holiday Card ideas!  I love to use personalized holiday cards because it lets me share our family fun while imparting our holiday wishes to others.

There is a site called Minted, and they have an amazing array of personalized holiday cards, gifts and artwork just to mention a few of their products.

After looking at all the customizable holiday card options (I actually had a hard time narrowing down my favorites), I came up with these favorites:

Possibly my all-time favorite customizable photo card, this minibook style card allows you to share key events with others in a flip book type holiday card.  Each minibook has 7 customizable pages (each side is considered a page) and is bound together by hand using grommets:

*Note - Minted also has some beautiful Booklette cards that are bound more like a book, with 8 pages.  Each page is highly customizable, and you can choose pictures only, or text only, or a combination.

Another favorite is Minted's photo card ornaments ~ each ornament is customizable and comes with a linen ribbon to hang the ornament with.  There are 5 different shapes, many colors and styles to select, and you can choose to have more than one photo showcased:

Minted also has foil-pressed personalized holiday cards as well - you can choose between silver, gold and rose gold foil, and when you look at the card, the foil portions are bright and shiny.  In this picture, the "wonders of his love" is done in foil, and when you angle the card you can see the metallic shimmer.

There are so many other customizable cards on the Minted site!

Not a photo-card person?  That is just fine, Minted also has a great line of non-photo cards as well.

Minted is a really fun site you simply must check out this year for your holiday cards!!  Stop by Minted and let me know what your favorite cards are.

Tip: On some of the preview pages, when you look at the cards before choosing one to customize, you can select "Find It Fast" feature (lower left, just under the section that you can select card properties to narrow the card list) and see the examples with one of your photos auto-populated on the front.  I loved this because it showed me what each card could look like with one of my own photos on it.

Quick Share: Now through Monday, use the code CHEER25FS to get $25 off your order and free shipping.  And, I'm not sure how long this will be free, but Minted has added recipient addresses printed for free on the envelopes, all you do is pick your card, choose the format for the addresses, add your addresses in bulk or one by one, and complete your order.

A bit about the company and how designs are created:

After really looking at the site, I was amazed to find that Minted was started in 2007, and uses independent artists to create new and fresh artwork.  These artists currently come from 48 different US states, and from 43 different countries.  Designers participate in monthly Challenges, and then everyone votes on the designs.  top designs are chosen and featured as artwork on Minted.

This tells me that they are always going to be providing customers with new designs and artwork options. (It is also fun as a consumer to help vote!)

Disclosure:  This is a sponsored post.  After spending hours on the site learning about their products and customizing my own cards, I feel comfortable talking and sharing some of the Wow-Factor items that really caught my attention.  My opinions and thoughts are my own.
